| Val Fisher named to PLF board |

Ater Wynne Partner Valerie D. Fisher has been named to the nine-member board of directors of the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund (PLF). The PLF was established in 1978 as the mandatory provider of primary malpractice coverage for Oregon lawyers. The organization also provides an extensive array of loss prevention programs.
Val chairs the Real Estate Lending Group of Ater Wynne LLP where her practice focuses on negotiating, structuring and documenting real estate and commercial loan transactions. She has served on Oregon State Bar Opinion Letter Committees and has chaired the bar’s Real Estate and Land Use and Debtor-Creditor Law Sections. She also chairs Ater Wynne's firm Opinion Committee and Response to Audit Letter Committee.
