March 31, 2008 - Ater Wynne appellate attorney Lori Irish Bauman has authored an article published in the most recent issue of The Appellate Journal of Practice and Process, a scholarly legal publication that focuses exclusively on issues of the appellate court systems. The article, titled “Class Certification and Interlocutory Review: Rule 23(f) in the Courts”, critiques the federal circuit courts' application of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(f), which provides for appellate review of class action certification decisions. The article appears in Volume 9, Issue 1 of the journal, published the first week of March. |
